happy new year to all my beloved frends...alhamdulillah today im a little bit older, a little bit wiser a little bit rounder..
so...
may u get a clean bill of health from ur dentist, ur cardiologist, your gastro-enterologist, ur urologist, ur proctologist, ur podiatrist, ur psychiatrist and ur plumber ..
may ur hair, ur teeth, ur face-lift, ur abs and ur stocks not fall.. and may ur blood pressure, ur triglycerides, ur cholesterol, ur white blood count and ur mortgage interest not rise...
may this new year find u seated around the table, together with ur beloved family and cherished friends. may u find the food better, the environment quieter, the cost much cheaper, and the pleasure more fulfilling than anything else u might ordinarily do that night.
may what u see in the mirror delight u, and what others see in u delight them. may someone love u enough to forgive ur faults, be blind to ur blemishes, and tell the world about ur virtues.
may the telemarketers wait to make their sales calls until u finish dinner, may the commercials on TV not be louder than the program u have been watching, and may ur check book and ur budget balance - and include generous amounts for charity.
may u remember to say "I love you" at least once a day to ur spouse, ur child, ur parent, ur siblings; but not to ur secretary, ur nurse, ur masseuse, ur hairdresser or ur tennis instructor.
and may we live in a world at peace and with the awareness of Allah love in every sunset, every flower's unfolding petals, every baby's smile, every lover's kiss, and every wonderful, astonishing, miraculous beat of our heart.
